In November 2020, Mamta Jharia was selected to participate in the prestigious 1st International City of Budapest Art Award, organized by Art Now, Italy.
The event took place at the renowned Pintér Gallery, located in the heart of Budapest, Hungary, from November 20 to 27, 2020.
As a selected artist, Mamta’s work was:
- Video exhibited at the gallery, with professional support for art sales
- Featured in a full-page article in Art Now magazine, including her bio and contact details
- Awarded a personalized plaque and a certificate of artistic merit on fine parchment
- Published as 6 fine-art lithographic prints, one of which was exhibited for sale during the event
One lithograph of the artwork was put up for sale at €200, with full proceeds designated for the artist.
