Mamta Jharia has been selected to participate in the Estemporanea di Pittura (Live Painting Event) held on Sunday, July 21, 2024, along the Lungomare di Torre Archirafi in Riposto, Sicily.
🎨 Theme of the event:
“Ripostese Landscapes and Local Seaside Views”
Artists will paint on location, capturing the spirit and scenery of the area in real time.
🗓️ Key Dates:
- July 21: Live painting from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- July 26, 2024: Award ceremony and closing event
- July 23–26, 2024: All submitted artworks will be exhibited at Palazzo Vigo, Torre Archirafi
📚 The closing night on July 26 will also feature the presentation of the book “Il Cuore nero della Sicilia” by Bruno Balloni, followed by awards and artist recognition.
🖼️ Mamta will exhibit her plein air artwork alongside notable contemporary artists, representing her vision of the Sicilian landscape in an artistic celebration of place and tradition.
